Our Core Services

Our services have considerable experience and expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, who may have behaviours that challenge to develop independent skills and to live an active and happy life. The support we provide in our services is person-centred and tailored depending upon the individual’s needs.

We support young people aged between 18 and 25 by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.

Our services specialise in supporting young people facing homelessness, including those who are:

  • Care leavers
  • Overcoming addiction
  • Young parents
  • Experiencing family or relationship breakdown
